EKS private endpoint static IP addresses

Hi. Is there an option to allocate private static IP addresses to the EKS private endpoint?

Our EKS is in a non-routable CIDR block and can't be accessed from on-prem. We've then provisioned an NLB in the VPC's routable block and we're using the EKS private endpoint IP addresses as targets for an NLB. But the EKS endpoint IPs are being changed periodically (weekly?) for some reason.

Start by reviewing the EKS private endpoint and NLB setup described in the issue, including the non-routable CIDR and changing endpoint IPs. Done would mean an AWS-supported way to allocate stable private IP addresses for the EKS endpoint so on-premises access through the NLB remains valid; no repository file or test is identified.
