[ECR][INSPECTOR] Enhanced scanning - add imageScanStatus and imageScanFindingsSummary to the describe-images output

Currently entering describle-images command does not provide the imageScanStatus and imageScanFindingsSummary in the output when describing registries using enhanced scanning, but it does provides this output in the standard scanning. It would be good to standardize the output to contain the high level overview also in the enhanced scanning ecr registries

Get the high level overview of the scan results - it's har as the cli does not provide required information

Start by comparing the ECR describe-images output for standard and enhanced scanning, using the AWS CLI command and the ECR and Inspector documentation named in the issue. Confirm which imageScanStatus and imageScanFindingsSummary values are available, then define done as enhanced-scanning registries returning the same high-level fields as standard scanning.
