Description
**Tell us about your request**
See the current quota values for ECS in the console, like the Limits page in EC2.
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
ECS
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
I have some limits raised and some not raised, and I would like to see quickly at a glance which! I don't think this information is available anywhere.

Research direction
No files, tests, or code entry points are identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the ECS console experience and the EC2 Limits page it cites, then determine how current ECS quota values and raised limits can be represented. Done means the ECS console shows quota values at a glance and distinguishes raised from unraised limits.
