[lambda] [request]: Container runtime support in AWS China regions

In Amazon article ['AWS Lambda now supports container images as a packaging format'](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2020/12/aws-lambda-now-supports-container-images-as-a-packaging-format/) it says:

> You can use container images to deploy your Lambda functions today in US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Europe (Ireland), Europe (Frankfurt), South America (São Paulo). We are working to add support in more Regions soon

China regions are not in that list and not supported. It would be great if we could track container support in China on this roadmap so we can some sort of estimate on delivery for this feature.

**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**

Standardize our application deployment around containers. We can't do this while one of the compute services we use, Lambda, does not support containers in China.

**Are you currently working around this issue?**

We're sticking to `.zip` deployments in all regions whilst China regions can't be supported. We would certainly prefer to use the container runtime so that all production applications are running in containers.
