I created another task definition for RunTask and ran RunTask without containerOverrides parameter.

Start with the ECS RunTask API documentation linked in the issue and compare the current containerOverrides behavior with task-definition secrets. Done means RunTask supports overriding secrets through containerOverrides without requiring a separate task definition.
