Description
Currently the Cluster Update History only shows updates applied by the user. It does not show Platform Version changes applied by the EKS Service Team.
Providing this information to users would be helpful for tracking what timestamp the upgrade occurred, and whether this correlates with any issues encountered with the upgrade (such as intermittent network issues during Master Node replacement).
This information would be helpful for users to have more visibility into what/when changes are being applied to their Clusters.

Research direction
Start with the issue's request about EKS Cluster Update History and determine how AWS exposes Platform Version changes applied by the EKS Service Team. Confirm what update timestamp and platform-version details are available, then define completion as showing those service-applied updates alongside user-applied updates in cluster history.
