Need to support ALPN setup annotation on kubernetes - service template.
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
EKS
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
We tried to do gRPC TLS termination on NLB.
But for that needed to setup ALPN policy on NLB.
We could it manually, but it seems not proper to us.
If support this feature through service annotation, it will be more great to us.

Research direction
The issue names no repository file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the EKS Service template and the handling for service annotations, then review the linked Kubernetes issue and the NLB ALPN requirements. Done means the requested ALPN policy can be configured through a Kubernetes Service annotation and the behavior is covered by appropriate validation.
