Description
**Tell us about your request**
👋
Right now, the events for a ECS Service can only be found within the service's detail page. Because some resources live at the Cluster level (like ECS instances) but Events are specific to a service, I find myself diving in between Cluster-level tabs and Service-level tabs quite a bit.
I'd really like to see an events tab at the cluster level that includes an extra column specifying from which service the event is coming from. With this in place, for example, I could search for "unable to place task" _across all the cluster services_ in one fell swoop.
**Which service(s) is this request for?**
ECS Console
**Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?**
Searching for similar events across services within a cluster is not fun right now in the console UI. I think a combined feed containing the events from every service in the cluster would improve operators ability to understand what's happening across the entire cluster.
**Are you currently working around this issue?**
Lots of clicking in and out of services :(

Research direction
No implementation files, entry points, or tests are named in the issue. Start by locating the ECS Console views for cluster-level and service-level events, then define the combined cluster feed and its service column; done means operators can search events across all services in one cluster.
