Description
## Describe your feature request
When the same blueprint is applied to a project, the Blueprints page is confusing as it doesn't list the repo and you can't tell which repo has which version applied to it.
## Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally the first column would be the repo name that the blueprint is applied to.
## Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Research direction
Start by locating the Blueprints page under a project and its table or list rendering. Confirm how applied blueprints expose their repository and version, then update the first column to identify the repository and verify that multiple repositories can be distinguished clearly.
