Feature Request: MQTT and IoT

I would like to expand the scope of this project to include IoT and Rules Engine to allow for use of Lambda based MQTT features.

Right now I have it working with out of the box Chalice, but it creates an API gateway and I have to setup all the IoT Rules Engine stuff. It would be nice if this was a supported workflow. Especially since so much IoT stuff also includes a web based front end.

Start by reviewing Chalice's current AWS integration and how Lambda-based MQTT and IoT Rules Engine workflows would fit with its existing API Gateway model.
