Chalice package/CDK support for S3 decorator for new buckets

I'd like to be able to use Chalice package or the Chalice CDK support with _new_ buckets. I understand the limitation for existing buckets, but there should be no reason I can't use Chalice package/CDK integration to deploy a new bucket with the S3 decorator
