Xray Daemon not sending traces EKS

Hello,

We are trying to get application insights and observability using Xray and service lens. We have deployed Xray daemon set and configured application env with
- name: AWS_XRAY_DAEMON_ADDRESS
value: xray-service.amazon-cloudwatch:2000
- name: AWS_XRAY_CONTEXT_MISSING
value: LOG_ERROR.

We also have an nginx ingress controller which has a application loadbalancer deployed for proxy and loadbalancing. However we dont see any traces on xray console. Is there anything i'm missing

Start by reviewing the Xray daemon deployment and the EKS application configuration, including AWS_XRAY_DAEMON_ADDRESS and the nginx ingress controller path. Check the daemon's UDP port 2000 connectivity and inspect its logs alongside the AWS X-Ray console. Done means application traces appear in the console; the issue does not name a source file or test.
