Cannot authenticate on Kiro IDE

## Problem
Cannot re-authenticate in Amazon Q extension in Kiro IDE:
```
Connection to Amazon Q Expired
Please re-authenticate to continue
```
Followed by bottons reauthenticate and sign out.
The button to authenticate does not work (clicking on it doesn't do anything). Tried signing out and in again.

## Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to Amazon Q extension in Kiro IDE
2. Click on `Reauthenticate`
3. See that button does not work

## Expected behavior
Reauthenticate button redirects to sign in url on browser.
