Incorrect answers

## Problem
When I ask for a code/template snippet to achieve something, it's more likely than not that the suggestion will include calls to non-existant functions or apis or some other blatant errors. When these errors are pointed out it immediately agrees and offers a different (often also wrong) suggestion.

## Expected behavior
Don't invent operations that do not exist. When unable to present a valid suggestion it should just say it can't, not present successive rounds of garbage.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the incorrect code or template suggestions in Amazon Q, then determine how to verify that suggested operations exist and that the assistant acknowledges when it cannot provide a valid suggestion.
