Description
Amazon Q currently provides code understanding, refactoring, and generation assistance for a wide range of languages, but it does not yet support PineScript, which is widely used for building indicators and strategies on TradingView.
Introducing PineScript support would allow users to:
Generate and refine trading indicators and strategies directly within Amazon Q.
Translate logic from other languages into PineScript.
Debug or optimize existing PineScript code with guided explanations.
Accelerate development workflows for quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading projects.
This addition would broaden Amazon Q’s usefulness for financial developers, researchers, and students who rely on PineScript for technical analysis tooling.
