Hangs

## Problem

Q sometimes just hangs. For example it shows the shell command it is executing (forever) and there's a stop button you can press. It never completes unless you stop it. Or the command completes, but Q doesn't take the next action and there's a "stop" button in the bottom right corner of the "ask a question" pane.
