Inline chat isn't working

## Problem
The inline chat isn't working. When I try to use the inline chat, for instance asking for to generate some documentation, it stops to work and shows a toast with the message `AmazonQ: Encountered an unexpected error when processing the request, please try again.`

## Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Press Ctrl+I or right click -> Amazon Q -> Inline Chat
2. Type something in the chat
3. See the toast with the error message.

## Expected behavior
AI answer and generating all.
