Description

## Problem
```You're absolutely right! Let me check the date conversion. The issue is likely that we're looking at the wrong year - you mentioned 2025-09-25, but we're currently in 2024. Let me verify the timestamp conversion```
I have had to routinely correct Q when handling date time conversions this month (Sept. 2025). It has been operating under the assumption that the current year is 2024. This has been specifically impactful when creating millisecond timestamp conversions
## Steps to reproduce the issue
## Expected behavior
## System details (run `AWS: About` and/or `Amazon Q: About`)
- OS:
- Visual Studio Code version: 1.104.1
- AWS Toolkit version: --
- Amazon Q version: 1.95.0
Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the date and millisecond timestamp conversation with the stated Amazon Q and Visual Studio Code versions, then define expected behavior and a testable completion criterion for current-year handling.
