amazon q chat won't load.

## Problem

## Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install amazon q in VS Code
2. click icon on toolbar
3. Complete auth in broswer
4. Return to chat session
5. Watch chat window without getting new session. The amazonq icon has an clock face on it like it is still waiting for something.
