Unable to use AmazonQ as Chat window is not coming. No Sign IN option after installing.

Unable to use AmazonQ as Chat window is not coming, it keep on loading.
## Steps to reproduce the issue

## Expected behavior; Sign IN option should come to logged in

## System details (run `AWS: About` and/or `Amazon Q: About`)

- OS:MacOS
- Visual Studio Code version:version 1.103
- AWS Toolkit version:
- Amazon Q version: Version: 1.93.0

Start by reproducing the Amazon Q installation on macOS with the reported VS Code and Amazon Q versions, then use the AWS: About and Amazon Q: About commands to verify the environment. Trace the sign-in and chat loading flow from the VS Code extension entry points. Done means the sign-in option appears and the Amazon Q chat window loads.
