## Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Use Amazon Q in VS Code
2. Ask it to help you set up cloud resources
3. Watch it fail again and again to build a working system

## Expected behavior
1. I was hoping it would help me set up cloud services from a command line, but it was unable to.
