Description
Problem
Amazon Q model is not available in the AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio Code. It does not appear in the side panel, and no options related to Amazon Q are accessible from the command palette.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Open Visual Studio Code on macOS
Install or verify AWS Toolkit is installed
Search for "Amazon Q" in the command palette (Cmd+Shift+P)
Observe that no Amazon Q commands are available
Check the AWS Explorer for any Amazon Q-related features — none are present
Expected behavior
Amazon Q should be accessible within Visual Studio Code through the AWS Toolkit extension. Expected features include chat capability, AI assistance, and visibility in the sidebar or command palette.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Visual Studio Code on macOS Sonoma with AWS Toolkit 1.90.0 and VS Code 1.89.1, then check the command palette, sidebar, and AWS Explorer for Amazon Q entries. The issue is complete when Amazon Q commands, sidebar visibility, and expected chat or AI assistance are available through the AWS Toolkit.
