Description
## Problem
## Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Ensure that you're using the Amazon Q extension for VS Code
2. Start a new bash terminal
3. Make sure that you are running on a large 4K screen (mine is a 40" display)
4. Ensure that you're logged into Amazon Q (I'm running with the Pro Tier subscription)
5. Switch to the OUTPUT tab in the terminal pane.
6. Setup the Filter for Amazon Q Logs.
7. Notice that the log is littered with messages that say "your 131072x1 screen size is bogus. expect trouble."
## Expected behavior
- The info messages should be investigated to ensure that the screen dimensions are being reported properly.
- I have noted that when typing in the Amazon Q chat window, sometimes the chat text jumps around as I am typing, which is rather annoying.
- This might be related to the "trouble" the [info] message is reporting.
- I'd like to see the log cleaned up and the jittery chat prompt input problem go away.
## System details (run `AWS: About` and/or `Amazon Q: About`)

- Visual Studio Code version: 1.101.1 (system setup)

- Amazon Q version: 1.77.0

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with the listed Windows, VS Code, AWS Toolkit, and Amazon Q versions by following the terminal Output and Amazon Q Logs steps. Investigate the reported screen dimensions and chat prompt behavior; done means the bogus-size messages no longer appear and typing in the chat window no longer jumps around.
