history is shown but not available

## Problem
I can see the title of my chats with AmazonQ in history but they are not usable. I can't get access to them and can not export

## Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to 'Chat History'
2. Double Click on 'title' of a chat or Click on `Export`
3. Error: 'Failed to export History'
