Stuck Updating Amazon Q plugin

As of Amazon Q VSCode extension release 1.75.0 I am no longer able to use Amazon Q. I've done all troubleshooting down to completely erasing VSCode and trying to install the Amazon Q extension manually via VSIX. The extension will not work properly and just stays on Updating Amazon Q plugin. I can't see the logs because I'm not even signed in. Is there a log stored somewhere?
