Q adds wrong date to created files

## Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Ask Q to create context file for today's work
2. See context file is create with the wrong date (for today 5-27-2025 it wrote 5-23-2024)

## Expected behavior
1. Ask Q to create context file for today's work
2. See context file is create with the correct date (for today 5-27-2025)
