Fixing "Encountered an unexpected error when processing the request, please try again."

## Question

I am having trouble with the chat feature in Amazon Q, when I am asking questions often I am prompted with "Encountered an unexpected error when processing the request, please try again." followed by an arbitrary Request ID.
I usually have to ask my question around 5-8 times before I can get a successful response. Please let me know if there are fixes I can proceed with.
