Failing to reset explorer after switching profiles

## Steps to reproduce the issue

Log into profile e.g. 'staging';
Browse S3 Contents
Switch Connections to another profile e.g. 'production'
See that explorer does not reload to show 'production'
Click the icon to Refresh Explorer
See Explorer Fail to refresh

## Expected behavior
Log into profile e.g. 'staging';
Browse S3 Contents
Switch Connections to another profile e.g. 'production'
See that explorer does reload to show 'production'
Click the icon to Refresh Explorer
See Explorer refresh to show 'production' contents

Start by reproducing the issue in the S3 Explorer: open contents under one profile, switch Connections to another profile, and use Refresh Explorer. Done means the explorer reloads and displays the selected profile's contents both after switching and after manually refreshing.
