View SSM Parameters

## Problem

I use a lot of SSM parameters, I mean a lot. However there is no option to view them in VSCode.

## Expected behavior

Under the `Resources` item in the panel, select the little gear to"select resources to include." Then search SSM which will include an SSM parameter option in the list. Select it and they appear under resources.

Start at the VSCode Resources panel and its “select resources to include” gear, then trace how resource types are searched and displayed. Add SSM parameters as a selectable resource type and verify that enabling it makes them appear under Resources.
