AWS Glue Support

Great tool! Thank you for open sourcing it.

## Problem
As I (and probaly many others) live in vscode (python, terraform repos etc.) and interact with AWS Glue Jobs, it would be great to have a minimal (nicer than aws cli) UI for interacting with Glue jobs (without context switching).

## Expected behavior
* list glue jobs
* start glue job (with a nice form just like lambda "Invoke on AWS")
* long list...

**Are there any short-mid term plans for Glue Support?** -> so I know if I start to implement something 😃

Start by locating the existing Lambda "Invoke on AWS" UI and the AWS service integration entry points in this VS Code extension. Use that flow as a reference for listing Glue jobs and providing a start-job form; done means users can perform those interactions without switching to the AWS CLI.
