Description
## System details
- OS: Windows 10
- Visual Studio Code version: 1.75.1
- AWS Toolkit version: 1.63.0
## Question
I am trying to upload S3 objects using AWS toolkit to a bucket that requires SSE to be enabled. With other tools, I have been able to turn on SSE but I am not finding a setting or JSON (configuration option) that will work to upload the file with SSE enabled.

Research direction
The issue identifies AWS Toolkit uploads to Amazon S3 as the affected entry point, but names no files or tests. Start by locating the S3 upload command and its request options; done means the upload supports the server-side encryption required by the destination bucket.
