Description
followup to #614. Besides the feedback icon in the AWS Explorer "root menu" (pictured below),
1. show the feedback icon in all quickpick menus (similar to "help" icon)
- include the "feature ID" in the feedback metadata.
1. if the "root menu" feedback is selected, include the last-visited "feature" (e.g. service ID in AWS Explorer) in the feedback metadata.
