"Load Balancer" tab in Elastic Beanstalk in non-functional

The only editable option is the "Application Health Check" field, and even that fails when applying (refer to my other bug report about every setting failing in multi instance environments).

Every other setting is blank and there are even formatting issues with the labels at the bottom.


Start with the Elastic Beanstalk "Load Balancer" tab shown in the attached screenshot and reproduce the blank settings and formatting problems. Check whether the Application Health Check field can be applied in a multi-instance environment; the work is done when the settings display correctly, editable options apply successfully, and the labels are formatted properly.
