Edit S3 Objects

The S3 section in the AWS Explorer work great but it could be very beneficial for us if you could add the Edit feature (just like editing any other file in Visual Studio).

I can do this with 3rd party tools like Cyberduck and similar but it is as not as seamless as doing it in VS.

Start in the S3 section of AWS Explorer and trace how S3 objects are currently opened or downloaded in Visual Studio. Compare that flow with editing other files in Visual Studio, then define done as an S3 object being editable through the AWS Explorer with changes saved back to S3.
