Active MCP Server not getting displayed

**Describe the bug**
A single installed MCP Server is not getting displayed on the active list

**To Reproduce**
Install only 1 mcp server. it will never be displayed on active list.
now install another mcp server, you will see the first one you installed.

**Expected behavior**
Active MCP Server should be displayed on the active list.

Also cant use mcp

Start with the attached Toolkit log, log_2026-04-28_08-17-35_35632.txt, and reproduce the issue by installing one MCP server in the AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio on Windows. Trace the active MCP Server list behavior; done means a single installed server is displayed immediately and MCP can be used.
