Description
**Describe the bug**
After migrating a solution from VS 2022 to 2026, colorization and error highlighting no longer work in the CloudFormation template editor, and formatting commands are no longer available from the template context menu in Project Explorer.
**To Reproduce**
In VS 2026, create a new CloudFormation project with a template.
**Expected behavior**
JSON is colorized with keys in blue. Errors are colorized red with squiggly underlines. Right-click template in project explorer shows formatting commands.
