WASM Deployment using Python 3.9

As we all know, Python 3.9 support is going away.

The AWS Toolkit used Python 3.9 and Node 20 for the Application Stack to deploy and clean up resources for WASM.

Since we do not currently have this route in Visual Studio 2026 and considering that we have multiple WASM projects already deployed, what is the route forward to circumvent this Python 3.9 deprecation?

For example, will we have an upgrade path for VS 2026?
How will existing Application Stack be correctly cleanup if they were deployed some time ago?
Will the upcoming AWS Toolkit for VS2026 upgrade the deployment to use current versions of Python and Node?

Any advice would be helpful.
