Description
**Describe the bug**
VS 2022: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=AmazonWebServices.AWSToolkitforVisualStudio2022
Periodically when using the extension within Visual Studio you can no longer type in the chat box. Anytime you start typing the input is on the open code file. This occurs when I was using .ts and .cs files. Even after a VS shutdown it does not work. So far the only fix is to restart Windows.
**To Reproduce**
I'm not sure how it happens because it just occurs randomly.
**Expected behavior**
I expect that if the Amazon Q chat box is open I can type in the chat box.

Research direction
Start with the attached toolkit log and the Visual Studio 2022 Amazon Q chat extension context; investigate focus behavior when the chat box is open and typing is redirected to .ts or .cs editors. Done means typing remains in the chat box without requiring a Windows restart, but a reliable reproduction trigger is still needed.
