Install issue in VS2026 Insiders

I just installed Amazon Q in VS2026 Insiders and now in the Amazon Q tab and inside of it where I type in my prompt there is a dropdown list and all I see in the list is 4 Claude Variations. I can chat with Amazon Q so it is working.
I asked Amazon Q and it says the dropdown choices should be:

/dev - Development agent focused on writing and modifying code

/test - Testing agent specialized in creating and running tests

/docs - Documentation agent for generating and updating documentation

/review - Code review agent for analyzing code quality and suggesting improvements

I did close and restart VS2026 Insiders and the list is still the same.

Reproduce the issue in Visual Studio Insiders 11222.16 on Windows Server 2019 with AWS Toolkit 1.82.0.0, then inspect the Amazon Q prompt dropdown and compare it with the four expected agent choices listed in the report. Done means the dropdown shows /dev, /test, /docs, and /review rather than only the four Claude variations.
