Description

**Describe the bug**
activeFile context shows only ~200 lines, ends abruptly mid-method

No truncation indicator provided

User asked about line 677, but content not accessible via activeFile context

fsRead tool shows complete file content correctly

**To Reproduce**
Happens randomly, maybe after a long chat session.

**Expected behavior**
Have access to entire file content in activeFile context, or

**Actual behavior**
Silent truncation at ~200 lines

Incomplete method shown at end of content

No indication that more content exists
