Visualstudio hangs while trying to authenticate

**Describe the bug**
When we enter the Profile name and the URL, and hit connect, visualstudio hangs

**To Reproduce**
Enter Profile name and URL and Hit "Connect"

**Expected behavior**
Should have given a popup for code confimration

- Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro
- Visual Studio Version: Version 17.10.4
- AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio Version: AWS Toolkit with Amazon Q

**Additional context**
I have resintalled the Plugin, reintsalled Visual Studio but did not resolve the issue

Start by reproducing the hang from the Connect action with the reported Profile name and URL in Visual Studio 17.10.4, then review the attached log_2024-07-25_21-51-44_29292.txt. Done means authentication no longer hangs and the expected code-confirmation popup appears.
