Filter Object Name on the AWS Explorer

It will be really helpful if we can filter out the objects across various services by name.

If will save users a lot of scrolling and looking for the right object and finding all objects related to a micro-service (if they follow proper naming conventions.)

Start by locating the AWS Explorer entry points and the code that lists objects for each service; the issue names no files, tests, or specific services. Determine whether filtering can be shared across those listings, then define completion as being able to filter objects by name and find related objects without scrolling through every result.
