Cannot load lambda saved events in AWS Explorer - Test Function section

**Describe the bug**
AWS Explorer doesn't load lambda saved events in AWS Explorer -> AWS Lambda -> Test Function -> Example Requests section.

**To Reproduce**
1. Go to AWS Exlporer
2. Click on AWS Lambda
3. Click on a Lambda Function
4. Go on Test Function section
5. Open Example Requests

**Expected behavior**
You should find the request examples you created and saved on the AWS Console website. Instead, you only find the default examples.

**Development System:**
- Windows Version: 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.3527
- Visual Studio Version: Pro 2022 version 17.9.6
- AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio Version: 1.52.0.0

Reproduce the issue in Visual Studio by opening AWS Explorer, AWS Lambda, a function, Test Function, and Example Requests. Compare the entries shown there with the saved event examples in the AWS Console; done means saved examples load alongside the default examples.
