VB.NET project templates

I'm a VB.NET developer and would like to create .NET Core lambda functions for Alexa Skills

Project templates for vb.net support. The equivalent templates to the C# ones.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Manually creating .net core libraries using VB.net and then trying to manually upload them. It is not a clean / defined solution like the existing C# ones. The language is not the limitation as both can compile to .NET core class libraries.

**Additional context**
I'd be more than happy to work on the code part of the project templates to create genuine looking VB code rather than simply C# translated code.
