How to pack if there is an excutable file in nodejs project & you need to execute then.
There is no option in Visual Studio 2019 options with AWS SDK tool kit, though you cam create an AWS Nodejs project.
How to check the zip file which is uploaded, is it possible to examine the copy before it is uploaded

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start with the AWS Lambda publish path for a Node.js project and inspect the generated ZIP before upload; done means an executable under /opt/bin retains usable permissions and the pre-upload copy can be examined.
