Description
Hi, I have a feature request. When selecting where to connect to when starting remote debug, it would be nice for it to be able to show you a list of your AWS instances to connect to. That way you can easily just select one and connect to it. Currently, you need to type in the IP address and re-enter your authorization credentials as illustrated here: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/developer/remote-debug-an-iis-net-application-running-in-aws-elastic-beanstalk/

Research direction
Start by reviewing the remote debug connection flow described in the issue and the linked AWS article, then determine how AWS instances and authorization credentials would fit into target selection. Done should mean that available AWS instances can be selected for remote debugging without manually entering an IP address or re-entering credentials.
