Description
When i first open VS2017 (v15.9.6) it takes a huge amount of time.
As you can see from the picture, the **average** time for loading the AWS extension is **50 seconds**. When I am lucky, it can be as fast as 20 seconds.
As a result, I had to totally uninstall the extension.
## Expected Behavior
When an extension is going to load, it should be lightning fast and delay any activity because cloud development is not the center of life.
