Stuck in a message box after deploying a Lambda Function

Some dialog box issues have been reported:

> after my Lambda uploaded successfully, a message box saying it had failed stayed open, and could not be closed with the X or OK button

No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the issue through the Lambda deployment flow and inspect the dialog shown after a successful upload. Done means a successful deployment does not leave a failure message open and the dialog can be dismissed with the X or OK button.
