How to get an approval for a Production Account after QA account deployment?

I'm following this article from aws using this toolkit.

How can I after deploying to a Qa Account have an approval process from AWS or Azure Toolkit before the deployment goes to the Production account?
Any way to add this toolkit to the "Release Pipelines" in Azure as it supports approval process? or is there another way?
