Toolkit installed but disappear from the available options from the list

I installed the plugin in the organization (marketplace marked as installed)
I go to the organization, then project and fill the access key id and secret, and also the connection name. Then, press save and get the error:
azure devops Unable to find service connection type 'AWS' using authentication scheme 'UsernamePassword'

Then, I try to refresh the screen and the aws option disappeared from the list of available service connection

**To reproduce**
1. Go to marketplace and install the plugin
2. Go to add service connection and fill the fields
3. Click on save and error show off



Reproduce the marketplace installation and service-connection flow described in the issue, then inspect how the AWS service connection type and UsernamePassword authentication scheme are registered. Done means saving the connection succeeds and the AWS option remains available after refreshing the list.
